I was referring more to the 'balanced, partisan' part. The idea of the two parties working together for a common goal is a thing of the past.

We must insist that all parties who have a candidate on the ballot have a stake in counting/reviewing the votes.
Depends on who controls the meaning of the words. “Balanced partisan team”

In 2016 there were 17 different parties on the ballot somewhere. Plus another 20 or so independents. I think we need to narrow the list down somewhat.
It means Ranked Choice Voting, a scheme that liberals are promoting all over the nation right now. Some places have already adopted it, and bills to force Ranked Choice Voting upon us are being filed in New Hampshire and other states. Maine already has it.
Ranked Choice Voting is a complicated scheme where you vote for 1st choice, 2nd choice, and so on. And then at then end of the election computer software sorts through and figures out who "won". That may not be the person with the most first choice selections. It could be somebody who has some first choice selections but more second choice selections.

It's just another leftist scheme to keep conservatives from getting elected.
Everyone who wants to improve elections should speak out against Ranked Choice Voting.
The Build Back Better Bankrupt Bill used to have election reform included - wonder if is still in or has been stripped out? Would have Federalized elections, making all manner of cheats including mail in legal every where.
Not really. In New Hampshire the public can observe the entire election process, including the opening of absentee ballots, the polling place, and the counting of ballots at the end of the election day. That should be the rule everywhere.
It should be illegal for election operations to be conducted anywhere but in public where observers can easily see what is going on.

The GOP hobbled Trump during his term because he threatened the top priority of both parties, fundamentally transforming this country into North Mexico.
