Gov. Kathy Hochul announced Sunday that her office’s newly formed task force targeting illegal guns will meet for the first time Wednesday — days after a rookie NYPD cop was killed and another officer critically wounded with a stolen firearm.
“We have a moral obligation to do everything we can to fight the scourge of illegal guns on our streets,” Hochul said in a statement. “Too many lives have been lost because of illegal firearms that should never have been on our streets.”

Hochul The Fool’s “illegal” gun task force is going to run into the same problem its predecessors did: the sheer number of blacks that will get caught in their net will have them accused of “racism”.
It’s obvious that the law-abiding are to blame.
I got a great idea, they should outlaw killing cops, and this whole issue would go away. Our society has devolved into some sort of cartoon and there is no intelligent discussion on real issues. Just submit to your commie superiors.

Another hollow gesture that will accomplish absolutely nothing. But I guess that’’s the point, isn’t it? Actually solving the problem would involve vigorous prosecutions directed at some individuals who make up their base. So, it’s those wicked guns again.
Please put the criminals who use a gun or any other lethal weapon (a car?) away without bail for a long time.

Be very careful New Yorkers because those guns laying on your streets are self-triggering and will kill you.
And they are making it harder for you to defend yourself and easier for the criminals to carry guns.
The task force will determine that it’s Curtis Sliwa and the Guardian Angels’ fault for not doing enough.

In the liberal mind, all guns are or should be illegal. This committee will be capable of doing anything to law abiding citizens who’s only crime is owning firearms.
there is no way to stop illegal guns. i would say though...no cop should be on the streets without wearing a protective vest.
a year ago...it was all about defunding and social workers being called to the scene...now this...maybe keep folks in prison and stop playing nice nice..
