Pubbies have a limited amount of spine. Is this the situation to use it up on?
Also, there is some reason to believe that Breyer’s seat is going to be a lateral promotion for Harris to clear the way for Biden’s replacement. If she has to resign to go to the SCOTUS, the ‘Pubbies could hold the position of VP open negating the Dems margin in the Senate. We will have to wait and see. It might be entertaining though; Harris spectacularly unqualified for the SCOTUS.
In any case, I would like to see the the appointments qualified but, again, the amount of spine is very limited in the GOP and they are going to see Marxist after Marxist appointees with each worse than the last.

Christine Blasey Ford needs to be put back in the chair to falsely accuse any nominee of sexual assault.

It’ll be Cumala. Best way to get her out of the way.

Sinema & Manchin are going to demand a high price for their votes.

No they won't. They'll vote for the Biden nominee.

Government is lawless force.

Here’s my Max pain analysis. Democrats look for a bully who will run to the press constantly about microaggressions. She will attempt to find ammunition for Democrats to pack the SCOTUS and for them to impeach sitting justices.

His picks haven’t exactly come through for us.
