Clearly, election night this coming November is not shaping up to be a good one for Democrats. The historical trends alone all but guarantee they lose the House of Representatives, and the contemporary trends are no better, pointing to a large Republican wave that could also decisively shift power in the Senate.
Yet, in the midst of all that darkness for Democrats stands the state of Georgia. Sure, they are probably going to get beat in Florida and Arizona, but Georgia is supposed to be different. It’s trending the opposite way, representing an oasis in the political desert for a party that will be thirsty for a big win in November.
Except that may not actually be the case. We finally have some polling out of the hotly contested state of Georgia, and though things are close, it’s not good news for Democrats. I’ll explain why that is soon enough, but first, here are the numbers.

Unfortunately, it depends on how the votes are collected and who counts them.
Be a shame if some of them "disappeared" forever...
2 billion people will wind up voting in Atlanta, at a 98% Democrat rate.
It will be so funny if Abrams loses again.
My dear FRiends, I implore you not to open the link to the article. If you insist, close your eyes for a minute until you’ve scrolled past the first picture.
Lets just say that Zuck and Gates are gping to make sure there are plenty of vote collection boxes in Fulton and Gwinnett.
There will be so many GOP eyes on polling places and ballot boxes that it’ll be hard to cheat on a large scale this time unless it goes down to the hardware/software level then all bets are off.
The best thing is have secondary sources in the right wing put out a ambiguous report of possible voter fraud being recorded on camera and currently being analyzed.
This freezes whatever strategy the Dems have.
Then 4-5 later announce nothing was found.
Walker even in the Senate race? We are supposed to believe that? 30% of Georgia voters were black in the last election, and we’re supposed to believe they will vote against Hershel Walker?
Those results aren’t exactly encouraging for reps either. I’d anticipate/hope the gop would be ahead by at least 53-47.
Georgia has open primaries, so I fully expect the Dems will vote in the Republican primary to ensure Kemp is the candidate. Which will ensure a Dem win in November, without any need for ballot harvesting or late-night Fulton County shenanigans. It hurts my heart to type this, but it’s my sad prediction.
Here’s the problem with all these good signs and polling numbers.
After his first win of the presidency of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe was ALWAYS down in the polls. Yet it took around 20 years for him to be removed from office — by death.
Before 2020, that was merely an historical fact.
Today it’s a warning that vote counting legitimacy is what matters most.
It’s going to take courage to insure vote counting integrity.
Home of the brave or it won’t be land of the free.
Hey give them a chance they are printing the ballots as fast as they can!
“30% of Georgia voters were black in the last election, and we’re supposed to believe they will vote against Hershel Walker?”
Ah, shades of Lynn Swann vs. Scumbag Eddie Rendell in the 2006 PA Governor’s race. Blacks were going to flock to the football hero with the same skin color as themselves!
Only they didn’t.
And they never do, at least not in closely-divided states or states which tilt left. If a famous black football hero was running as a Republican in, say, South Carolina or Alabama or Louisiana or Mississippi he’d have a good chance of winning but — because he’s not a Democrat — it would be WHITE voters that put him over the top and the same is going to have to apply in Georgia if a Walker victory is going to happen.
If anything, the permanent plantation slaves despise black Republican “Uncle Toms” even more than they despise white Republicans (and that’s a pretty tough bar to clear).
Polling this far out from an election means nothing when elections are legit. When they’re fraudulent, polling is an exercise in futility.
Walker up by only 1. Yeah, right.
Tell the election results before we cheer anything that you write.
Thanks for the warning. No, i will not look. You can have the vision in your mind for me.
