One reason for the glacial speed is the government itself which, as we’ve seen time and time again, employs the age old tactic of delay, dissemble, and diffuse. Getting to the bottom of anything is the federal labyrinth of corruption is damn near impossible.
The fact that the IG was concealing information from Durham is not surprising at all.
