According to a new ABC News/Ipsos poll, 76 percent of Americans say Biden should consider "all possible nominees" to fill retiring Justice Stephen Breyer's seat on the Supreme Court. Only 23 percent say Biden should consider only Black female candidates, as he pledged to do during the campaign, ABC News reported.

I haven’t heard any Republicans say a word about this. The message should be unified and simple: Biden is a racist and sexist. He lacks all judgment. We won’t confirm any nomination he sends to the Senate. Biden is illegitimate. Period.

So, I ask, “...then why do you favor a black woman over any other racial or sexual identity, if what you want is an unbiased — not in favor or against — Justice? What do you expect an UNBIASED black woman to do that any other UNBIASED sex or race would not do? If they’re UNBIASED, as you say you want, what’s the difference?”

They need a bigger poll and cross tabs. What do black Americans think? What do women think?

The ancient senile potato picked the VP solely based on her color & sex, look how well that has turned out.
Biden needs to get really woke & pick candidates that would actually be eligible for such a position. Skin color shouldn’t be a consideration one way or the other. He should pick the ones that vow to uphold the Constitution....and we need to impeach the ones that don’t; even if that means more seats opening up real soon.
I have seen no evidence that any Democrat does that.
Biden’s doing good if he can just pick his ice cream flavor.....
What if Biden said “for the next Supreme Court nominee bring me a shrubbery”? Would that be a prejucided nomination?
