I’m going out on a limb and assert that his leading role in an attempted coup against his legally constituted Commander in Chief is enough to explain his being fired from TRUMP’s NSC and the flameout of his military career; anything Giuliani or Don, Jr said was irrelevant.

Vindman is doing this just for the headlines. Media will promote the filing of the case but never mention when it is dismissed, delayed, or not pursued. They want to make sure dozens of lawsuits are pending against Trump leading up to the 2024 election. I suspect they will double-down on the criminal theories against Trump as well. They will also be going hard against his children, especially Donald Jr. Think Russian collusion on steroids!
