If the DOD wasn’t Swamp, this officer would have been hammered for failure to report contacts, jumping the chain of command like it never existed and violating the barrier between the Pentagon on domestic politics.

In this country, that violates the lawIt doesn't actually. Vindman is now a public figure and can't claim that he was libeled. Calling Vindman a traitor was also hardly likely to intimidate him into not testifying. It's a nuisance suit.

i just saw where rudy appeared on the masked singer and some of the judges walked outI might have been tempted to do the same. Why do these serious public figures do this kind of thing? Sarah Palin wore a chicken suit on one of these shows. Disappointing.
