Vaccine Mandate For Federal Workers Blocked By 2nd Court

A federal appeals court has declined, for now, to allow the Biden administration to require COVID-19 vaccinations for federal employees.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans ruled 2-1 Wednesday to maintain a block on the mandate that a Texas-based federal judge had issued on Jan. 21. The administration had asked the New Orleans court for an injunction allowing the federal worker mandate to move forward pending appeal.

This was all a strategy ... knowing the mandate was unconstitutional, but that it would take 6 months to get through the courts ... go executive order and get the workforce to self-vaccinate with the threat of losing their job.

If 98% of the federal workforce is vaccinated ... why go after the last 2%? Simple, because if the SC rules for them, they plan to do it again in the Fall when the "mid-term election variant" comes on the scene and mail-in ballots are required for the public's safety.

You are assuming their 98% number is correct. I highly doubt it. I suspect it’s more like 70%.

People are over it. I know quite a few people that regret doing the jabs due to a bad reaction, and said they will not do any boosters. They are done and over it.

Hey.. if they undid the cms ruling, they would also have to axe obamas annual flu mandate. Compliance rates with the flu mandate =more medicare money. They are never going to roll back something king obama did.

The damage is done. Way too many people submitted already out of fear of losing their livelihood. I can understand that, it's a tough decision to make between feeding your family and being rendered unemployable over a damn shot that more than likely does more harm than good.

I was fortunate enough to be granted a religious exemption from my company but others were not so lucky and had to make a difficult choice.

The people pushing these shots and these mandates are evil.
