That’s been my take since he resigned. It wasn’t because of ‘poor handling of the situation’ - at least from any freedom loving perspective, it was because he wasn’t being ruthless enough.
I keep wondering if the tactics employed by DickTater Trudeau will re-ignite the movement for Canada to break up?
All those tow trucks have license tags. It’s also easy enough to follow them back from where they came and follow the drivers back home. 99.9% of Canadians are laid back but they darn well better look out that those few who are getting fed up.

The two truckers who were sitting in their warm cab when the Stazi smashed their windows and dragged them out to “arrest” them drove them out to where it would take them an hour and a half to walk back in -20 weather wearing trainers and sweats. Never booked or charged, they just wanted them to freeze to death.

Excellent point. That is a good observation that applies to the USA.
Any notion that a kill order would be resisted by cops on moral grounds should be set to rest. Not sure what the reward or motivation might have been, but the transformation from cop to SA brown shirts was pretty complete. And probably coming to a city in the US near you.
