Q: Is Russia a communist country? A: No. The Communist Party was banned in 1993. Article 13 of Russia's new constitution says “No ideology may be established as a state or obligatory one”
Q: Is Putin a communist? A: No. Putin has condemned communism and historical communist leaders as treasonous in many interviews. He would be put to death for this if Russia was communist. See links below.
Q: Is Russia still the USSR? A: No. Russia reorganized into the Russian Federation after 1991.
Q: What form of government is Russia now? A: Russia is a semi-presidential republic which includes a president, a prime minister, a judiciary and a legislature. However Putin has assumed a level of authoritarian controls since his election in 2012.
Q: Why does Putin retain authoritarian powers? A: Putin argues this is to prevent any remaining communists from regaining control, to keep corrupt foreign corporations from infiltrating and impoverishing Russia or staging any new revolutions, and to stop globalist attempts to turn Russia into a puppet state. See links below.
Q: Will communism come back in Russia? A: United Russia, the current political party which holds a 60% majority is centrist, promotes conservative policies and is opposed to extremism from either left or right. Other political parties that advocate a return to communism have been unable to gain numbers and are experiencing a continued downward trend in popularity from election results. See links below.

No they are a kleptocracy like Ukraine.
“who have been pushing for our extermination world wide”
Do you mean Russia, our own government or the WEF? Or all three?
Is the Pope Catholic?
Many here would answer No.
The West right now has a 5C system...
Cultural Communism Corrupt Crony Capitalism
That concerns me more than anything else happening in other countries.
I would argue Russia is capitalist with Soviet characteristics. There’s still a cult of personality leading the nation and there’s no clear path for any new president. Putin might as well be the twenty-first version of a Tzar.
It’s fascist. Ironic, given that the Soviets looked upon fascism as socialist heresy.
No, some Russians just long for “the good old days”.
I admire what Catholic Churches and cathedrals have been re/built in Russia. While no fan of Vlad, at least he loves his country.
The Russians kept German NAZImachine guns (3mm of them) to melt them down to make steps for this. Putin also had his image removed from construction.

>>> These are not my opinions.
This IS my opinion (based on those points above)
Putin’s days are numbered... he is the real target here, just as Trump and Netenyahu were in 2020.
Putin is NOT the “Gog of Magog”
His replacement WILL BE.
I do the same for America. This current version sucks hard.
Yep.
The Feculent Trifecta..
I agree. We have more Marxist and communists.
I heard a speech Putin gave about 4 months ago. He spoke about what’s going on in the west (here). What we think is a new and progressive. However, 100 years ago Russia went the same ‘woke’ thing with the Bolshevists . He said conservative values are tried and true and worth protecting
It’s a modified Marxist/fascist state controlled by a fraudulently ‘elected’ ruthless authoritarian gangster dictator backed by a group of insanely wealthy evil oligarch princes feeding off the working class. Kinda like what our limousine liberals want for us.
Not doctrinaire fascist, but the effect is much the same.
Not as much, apparently, as he loves some other countries.
When you think of it, it's like the state of affairs that bred feudalism from the remnants of the Roman Empire.
It appears Putin's "fascism" has been just as restrained as his "managed" democracy, as the metro article puts it. The survival tricks article says "Putin has been forced to be an authoritarian to fight against all those hostile forces while nurturing true democracy in Russia to its maturity." While concerning, this also seems reasonable, knowing who these claimed hostile forces are.
LOL. Isn’t the US a kleptocracy? Lobbyism is punished as bribery in Russia.
Whatever. These articles and these assertions do absolutely nothing to make me think any better of Russia or Putin.
Russian forces need to leave Ukraine and the Russian people would be wise to get rid of Putin the Putin before he does something that causes Russia to face its end.
