Vice President Kamala Harris laughed during a press conference in Poland on Thursday after being asked whether the US will make a specific allocation for Ukrainian refugees. Harris and Poland’s President Andrzej Duda had both just been asked to answer questions from the same reporter about the US accepting Ukrainian refugees. The VP chuckled awkwardly before President Duda began answering the important humanitarian question first.

They thought having Kamal rad from prepared notes at a international press conference would bolster her credentials. They have in a big way. Now the world knows what a dolt she is.
Harris/Biden don’t want Ukrainian refugees. They probably won’t vote the way they want.

I always thought she was stupid, but she’s exceeding expectations.

There’s something wrong with her...seriously.
My friend’s dad was functional but suffering from senility. The stages were obvious to everyone.
The one characteristic that began and never stopped was his pointless laughter whenever he answered a question or made a statement.
Laughing was his response to EVERYTHING.

That's obvious each time she is in public. Today she was fumbling thru notes prepared for her to answer basic questions, unprepared to the max. Stupid to the max.

I flipped on Fox & Friends when I got up amd they were showing her speech.
She was stuttering and kept looking at her notes. Basically having a hard time recalling her meeting with the Polish president that had just ended. She showed no emotion and seemed to be searching for each word.
They’re white, right? They can’t possibly qualify as refugees.
It’s called “laughing all the way to the bank”; the parasite token knows it will never have to work again - even on its back.
FRiends, it’s time we address a hard question: Is Harris as stupid as Biden was before he got dementia? I didn’t use to think so… because he was so very very stupid… but I’m rapidly rethinking my position. As the libs would say, we “need to have a conversation” about this
