Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) said he hasn't decided how he will vote on Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's nomination to the Supreme Court and that he's doing a "deeper dive" than the last time he assessed her.
Romney voted against Jackson's appointment to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in 2021 when she was nominated by President Joe Biden.
However, the senator told CNN's Kasie Hunt in a clip aired on Monday that he hadn't decided how he'd cast his vote this time.
If she's confirmed by the Senate, Jackson will become the first Black woman ever to sit on the nation's highest court, and Democrats likely have the necessary votes without GOP support.

One sure way to get Romney to vote against Jackson is for Trump to come out in favor of her. In fact, a couple Democrat
senators might vote against her too.
Sinema hasn't said anything yet but assuming she's onboard then no, nothing has changed.
Why wouldn’t Mittens support someone who is lenient to pedophiles? He worships one.
The only way Mittens could do anything resembling a flip would be to NOT vote for her.
