Joe Biden was captured on camera standing alone and looking frustrated as officials swarmed around Barack Obama during his first return trip to the White House since leaving office.
Biden was filmed raising his hands in the air in apparent frustration as he was sidelined for his predecessor at the event on Tuesday.

More than anyone in this cluster I blame Dr Jill Biden. She knew that her husband was impaired yet supported him seeking the office he now holds.
