Recently unearthed documents show that secret service agents were outraged last year when the White House attempted to spin a story about an attack by then-first dog Major.
Released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by Judicial Watch, the documents reveal that the Secret Service attempted to downplay events and even reprimanded one of the agents for detailing the attack, fearing it would upset the Biden family.

The poor dogs are on SSRI meds otherwise how could they not judge the Biden ?
I suppose an SS guy could be more immediately scary to a dog, especially if they did not like dogs.

Yes . My pooch learned to hate uniformed postal delivery persons. He saw the postman coming to ourt home as a threat. Pooch then thought anyone in unoform was a post man threatening the home. Anyone on a unfrm coming bear our home, our car or truck when he was in it made him turn into a blue fanged wolf.
I had to be especially careful when crossing the US or Canadian border that the uniformed border agents knew not to get too close to him.
It is the firearm and the equipment belt your dog saw as a threat.
Cesar Milan would probably have come to the Whitehouse for free to retrain Major. Just so he could put it on his show. It would have been a brilliant PR stunt for the Whitehouse also.
