House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) on Sunday suggested that Russia would not have invaded Ukraine if the U.S. provided weapons to Kyiv sooner.

“This is going to get stronger and rougher and what really needs to happen is, Ukraine is not asking for American men and women to fight, all they’re asking for is the weapons to defend themselves,” McCarthy told Fox News chief Washington correspondent Mike Emanuel on “Fox News Sunday.”

And the American taxpayer gets lined up for a solid ass rape yet again. Between Ukrainian lobbyists and defense contractor lobbyists and orders from Davos, we, the most broke nation on planet earth are going to give those Nazi friends of Biden mountains of expensive weapons.

But slobber Ukraini!

Heavily-arming Ukraine, funding biolabs with dangerous pathogens in them and encouraging the Azov bastards to continue the war and persecute the Russian population in Donbass WERE the reasons Russia went to war.

McCarthy is as dumb as Biden and neocons.

When is McCarthy resigning from the House? I sure hope an alternative House Speaker is found after the November elections as this RINO should not be speaker or even a member of the house.

It’s strategically essential to them.

That is missed by many, just as we are missing Mexico and secure borders should be strategically essential to the U.S.

Perhaps that is the lesson of history -
when incompetent and generally corrupt major leaders grab power and play "mine is bigger than yours", man's instinct to protect his family kicks in and innocent civilians suffer and die.

Probably true.

Biden held up Trump’s last shipment of weapons to Ukraine by 8 months. Had he not held those weapons up and sent more once Russia started building forces, it’s very possible Russia would have thought twice about invading.

Also had Biden sent anti-ship missiles, Ukraine could have inflicted heavier costs on Russia much earlier. And could have stopped the shelling of Mariupol from the sea.

You dont need a single new cent to fix your southern border. Just let your own border patrol do its work as it was designed to do. Trump proved that, within weeks of taking over.

Ukraine has nothing to do with the bad faith and incompetence of your own government.

A couple of billion in weapons to Ukraine is truly small change in the American state of finances. If you want to fix the big stuff start with Medicare and other medical insurance, Social Security, etc.

Besides, I thought you were Australian.

The EU, NATO and the US are going to keep fng around and then be forced by circumstances to JOIN THE FIGHT with TROOPS when the Uke’s start losing ground.

Pretty soon it’s going to be too late to just send equipment.
