SaveOurHomes laws were created so people wouldn’t be forced out of their homes if property values in their neighborhoods increased in value.

People moving to Florida will have the same benefits in a few years. It’s a wonderful system and works for all of us equally... If you move within Florida you can take the ‘save our homes’ break with you as long as you buy and move into a new home within two years.
