JUST IN - U.S. Supreme Court has voted to strike down Roe vs. Wade, an initial draft majority opinion by Justice Alito shows.
Every hand this draft has been through should be polygraphed and interrogated.
With implied approval from the DNC.
Don’t buy it. These are usually spiked with verbiage unique to each recipient. If this it true, we will know the office where it came from.
Out of the 5, who would flip? Kavanagh seems like the weakest.
Which five or six justices signed on to it?
It would say something along the lines of: “Justice Alito, joined by the Chief Justice, Justice Thomas, Justice Gorsuch, Justice Kavanaugh, and Justice Barrett.” (if it were a 6-3 decision).
If no such indication, this is not an official opinion and is merely Justice Alito’s opinion he has drafted and seeing if can get a majority of justices to agree and join him.

But Roberts could himself dissent and it still be a 5-4 decision. (Thomas, Alito, Barrett, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch are 5 Justices)

Exactly. The Dems are desperate for an issue to fire up a large percent of the population. Some kind of abortion ruling from the supreme court would do the trick. And if the supreme court wants to destroy the mid-term blowout, they might actually try to accomplish this. But my guess is they won’t— as the court rarely likes to piss off 60% of the population.
