House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) tweeted on Wednesday that he did not care how the draft of the Supreme Court opinion on Roe v. Wade leaked — despite it being an unprecedented breach in the Supreme Court’s modern history.
“I don’t care how the draft leaked. That’s a sideshow,” he tweeted, in remarks reminiscent of his efforts to protect the identity of the leaker of former President Donald Trump’s classified call with the Ukrainian president.

Schiff’s head should be the third on the political chopping block, after Peelose and Chuck U. Schumer, using a dull blade. This POS deserves to be prosecuted to the fullest.
There isnt a Judge or jury in DC that will do a thing to the leaker even if by some miracle they are even charged. The so called FBI “investigation” wont find anything either.
Oh, and the DC Bar will not even sanction them, either.

If it was a right winger that leaked it the Congressional hearings would have already started and they would be whining “Constitutional crisis” and “A threat to democracy”.

There is no legal code to address a breach of longstanding tradition, etiquette, or policies. Schiff’s disconcern gives lie, however, to a high probability of leftist involvement, given both his and their lack of respect (to put it mildly) when it comes such things.

The person who leaked the draft opinion is a Whistleblower!

It tells you just how unserious most of our lowlife politicians are about the law, our, our nation, and its people.
I look forward to the panel formed to investigate this breach, along with the coordination with violent, organized mobs.
Since the Justice Department is compromised (or at least has a conflict of interest as it needs to be investigated as well) a special prosecutor is eventually need to be appointed.
Midterm can’t come fast enough.
