Not yet. Lend-lease was meant to keep the US neutral and at the same time help Churchill fight Hitler. Brandon’s trying to copycat off FDR, but at least for now the US is nominally neutral. Hitler finally decided to declare war on the US after Pearl Harbor, in part because he was sick of having to give US shipping a pass as it brought lend-lease supplies to the UK, and in part because he felt loyal to Japan (don’t laugh).
