President Biden on Tuesday implored Congress to “stand up to the gun lobby” and pass firearm restrictions after a gunman shot and killed at least 18 young children at a Texas elementary school.
Biden grieved for the victims in an address from the White House and expressed outrage at the failure of lawmakers to enact stricter gun laws he said would prevent school shootings.

The number of civilians killed by the Japanese government are about half of what they actually were. And they probably should have started in 1900 for Japan.
So I would say your chart is understating the numbers of people killed by government in the 20th century.

I think now his rallying cry should be “when are we gonna put these transgender nuts into the institutions again?” It was clearly a hate crime against all the cisgender kids who were also poor minorities. So much to unpack about this.
