Yeah, and you know trump as well as i do. As soon as this sort of talk comes up he will STOMP on whomever says it with both feet and make that person look like a complete moron. If that dude could do anything he could fight back in wars of words.
Bear in mind that in a civil proceeding taking the 5th can be construed as an admission of guilt.

Lets take Trump’s name out of this.
You have an active criminal investigation against person A. The prosecutor knows that they dont have a solid case so they encourage their buddies on the civil side to also start an investigation. The goal being to ask questions in the civil trail that would not be asked in the criminal trial.
Very obvious attempt to get around legal procedures.
What if he stomps and no one hears it?
Sure truth/getr/gab and a few cable networks will report it but the MSM will burry it or call trump a lier.
Then they’ll use that against him when he runs for president again.🙄

These are the people who think, if you plead the 5th, your guilty.
Trump should Appeal in my opinion. Just maybe their is a judge with some common sense. Let them finish the Criminal Investigation, then onto the civil.
At this point what difference does it make?
I suspect there will be a lot of 5th Amendment protections claims during the deposition.

I think that is true for most of us.
I, for one, thought there were a large number of good guys in the FBI and other areas of government. I no longer believe that. If there were, why have they not spoken up?
Before Trump was president I figured it was more evenly split, like how our nation is somewhat evenly divided on many issues. Now I see that patriots, conservatives, Christians, rational people, basically good and decent people have all been systematically purged or screened from participating in our federal government.
What kind of person gets off on screaming (although via message board, typically when you alter your font like that, the intent is to convey that you are screaming at someone) Wrong at someone like that? Grow up and get some manners.

I agree. I had no idea the situation is as bad as it is. There is almost nowhere one can turn to for justice. We have crooked judges, crooked D.A.’s in some cities like Los Angeles, crooked DOJ officers. I even wonder about the Secret Service since they’ve been covering up for Hunter Biden for years.
Even if one is a Democrat, I would have expected most to honor honesty and integrity, but it seems like virtues are not important anymore. All that matters is winning. So stuffing ballot boxes is wonderful if your party wins, but bad if the other party wins.
And don’t even bring up the medical profession.
Sigh. Sometimes it feels so hopeless.
And the value of the same item is different to different people.
