Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, was arrested this weekend for DUI ... TMZ has learned.
The House Speaker's spouse was arrested just before midnight Saturday night in Napa County, and then booked hours later into jail on two counts -- driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher ... both misdemeanors.

We know Nancy Pelosi is a lush, a heavy drinker who slurs her words anytime she talks. She has a refrigerator in her office that contains alcohol. We know this from the peaceful Jan 6 protesters who took photos. Drunk on the job.

The longer the delay, the lower the blood alcohol test will read. He might beat the blood test by that delay.
The breathalyzer test is less accurate and can be refused in many States. The blood test requires a delay while they get a qualified medical assistant to do the test.
A competent lawyer would always tell a client to insist on the blood test if the State permits that.
This man could get off without charges, even without the political pressure that has undoubtedly been exerted by now.
My expectation is that charges will be dropped. The "Rules" are for us, not for them.

I get how DUI processing works..My point was they waited about 4 hours to book. In this case it reeks.
I’d like to see the bodycam video/audio of his arrest, then video of the jail booking.

Was just on a cruise with an 87 yr woman....she looked 15 yrs younger, wears gorgeous clothes and HEELS and does all the driving you can imagine. INSPIRATION.
