At a recent talk at Duke University on "Trans & Gender Diverse Policies, Care, Practices, & Wellbeing," surgeon and "trans affirming" doctor Marci Bowers, who transitioned at the age of 38, admitted that children who undergo transition before puberty will never have adult sexual function or experience orgasm.
"An observation that I had," said Bowers, "every single child who was, or adolescent, who was truly blocked at Tanner stage 2," which is the beginning of physical development, when hormones begin their work of advancing a child to adulthood, "has never experienced orgasm. I mean, it's really about zero."
This raises huge and glaring red flags about the concept of "informed consent" for children and teens who are ushered into transition. How can a child, or a pre-teen, who has never experienced sexual satisfaction, orgasm, sexual intimacy, consent to giving that up?
Bowers, proudly advertises the fact that she has both delivered 2,000 babies and performed 2,000 castrations on biological men who identify as transgender, performing vaginoplasties, "is recognized as a pioneer in the field of Gender Affirming Surgery." As such, Bowers spoke to those assembled about "Teen Transitions."
ABC in 2015 called Bowers "the first openly transgender person in the world to perform transgender surgery," noting that "Marci was born as Mark and always felt as if she were woman trapped in a man's body." Bowers fathered three children before having "gender affirming" surgery, and called that process "incredible."
Part of that "incredible" process, according to Bowers' talk at Duke, is that a teen who doesn't want to be the biological sex that they are is able to stop their natural puberty with puberty blockers, a drug called Lupron, and then use hormones to force their body to go through the puberty of the opposite sex, is "really, really exciting.".............
Scary format.
Just creating a national path to suicide spirals in ten years. Will be tens of thousands stuck on this path before the whole ‘practice’ is outlawed.

These kids..when they turn 16-17 are the ones lm surprised don’t kill their parent(s) or their “psychologist” or anyone else who had anything to do with butchering them.

I worked for 30 years in university research after service (68-76). In the late 80s, early 90s a Dr. X I knew decided he was a “Caitlin” rather than a “David.” Unlike most of today’s so-called transgenders, Dr. X actually got the surgery, got the hormones and wig (was bald before). Caitlin lowered her voice, dressed the part and continued on in that charade for years until retirement.
Until one day, Caitlin decided she wanted to be David again. Back to the David clothes, back to the bald-headed pate. Last I saw of David was when he brought his new (very old) Russian wife around the facilities to show her all the great research he did before. She was wholly apathetic and seemed only glad she got out of Russia into a well-supported retirement life. I have no idea what’s happened to them in the last 10 years but I suspect she got her citizenship and half of what he had....
THIS is what awaits these poor deceived children if they are allowed to be altered. Only at such a young age, it’s very likely they won’t have years of prior work history in a good job OR the resources to try to make the best of it.
My doctor, a surgeon, was chatting about various operations. He said that medicine was as subject to fashions as a teenage girl. He said procedures come and go as they are initially touted, and articles are written, seminars given, and then enough doctors do them and discover they don’t do what they’re supposed to and they disappear, to be replaced by something else.
The really interesting part, which I can’t recall, was he rattled off several examples.

My view is that the whole issue is derived from an errant mental obsession that, with sympathy, compassion and patience should be oppossed, not encouraged, that the so-called “trans” surgery is mutilation, and all the “affirming” is no different than if the solution for addiction was to be sure the addict could get whatever satisfied the addiction.
They want to turn all males into eunuchs.
If this was Europe 1930s/1940s filthbags like them would have been dragged down to Nuremburg.
The one’s getting the orgasms are the perverts who messed with the normal development of these children. They altered them and groomed them for their use.
Long story short: "experts" decided that the best solution was to raise him as a girl.There was even a well known American "doctor" who supported that. The guy eventually gave interviews saying that he didn't like how he was raised one bit.
He eventually committed suicide in his 30s/40s.
