Didn’t have a radio? So who the bleep would he have called? He WAS THERE. Maybe he was afflicted with Bidum whisper syndrome. Shouldn’t an on-scene commander be able to run an operation, of any sort, without having to call his Mom? I can think of a few thousand things I’ve done without a radio. That Texas humidity is a real downer.

The more information that goes public the less it makes sense. If it turns out he had no radio is not entirely truthful I am not going to be surprised.
