I agree too but must we have the injection, if only indirectly here, of the f-word. I just read a Peggy Noonan column in which she made sure to reveal in some of her quotes that the f-word was used by those being quoted.
Does that word have magic powers?

Senator: "I don't care so much about that. I want to know where the people of color and minorities are in your fund."
Manager: "Uh, the bottom line for management of assets is rather critical. So let's consider how ..."
Senator: "I want to know where are the people of color and minorities are in your fund?"
Manager: "Senator, we are developing managers as they progress through their career. It takes time to develop a seasoned manager with the insight to manage..."
Senator: "WHY AREN'T THEY IN TOP MANAGEMENT POSITIONS NOW? YOU ARE DISGUSTING AND A RACIST HOMOPHOBE TO BOOT!! MR CHAIRMAN, I YIELD THE REST OF MY TIME TO SENATOR LENIN."
...and so on.
There’s not a company in the country that owes democrats answers to anything.
So Sens. Bob Menéndez (N.J.), Elizabeth Warren (Mass.), Alex Padilla (Calif.), Tim Kaine (Va.) and John Hickenlooper (Colo.) are going to cover the losses of any firm that surrenders to this idiocy?

Asset management is about the fiduciary responsibility to the investors many of whom are Democrat union pension holders. You hire the best people possible to do the job.
If the Democrats want diversity hires then they can start with the union pension funds and insist they hire vaginas, fags, perverts, illegal aliens, convicted felons, and H1B visa holders from India and China.
Then don’t cry when the pension funds are embezzled and broke.
Maybe women don’t want to work there, and maybe minorities have better things to do.
