Enrique Tarrio, the former chairman of the Proud Boys, and four other members of the far-right group were indicted on Monday for seditious conspiracy in connection with the storming of the Capitol last January, the most serious crime to be charged in the Justice Department’s sprawling investigation of the assault.
The sedition charges against Mr. Tarrio and his co-defendants — Joseph Biggs, Ethan Nordean, Zachary Rehl and Dominic Pezzola — came in an amended indictment that was unsealed in Federal District Court in Washington. The men had already been charged in an earlier indictment filed in March with conspiring to obstruct the certification of the 2020 presidential election, which took place during a joint session of Congress on Jan. 6, 2021.
It was not immediately clear what evidence led to the new charges against the members of the Proud Boys, who were central in the effort to storm the Capitol and help forestall President Donald J. Trump’s defeat.

If this actually goes to trial, and the DOJ succeeds, then when we take back government bLM and Antifa need a sedition suppository.

I’ll tell you what’s happening here. The seditious coup plotters (known as the Puppet Biden Regime) are charging Proud Boys for sedition because the “Boys” tried to prevent the coup plotters from overthrowing the duly elected government of Trump.
The seditious coup plotters were successful in overthrowing the true government of the United States, so now they are going after anyone who objected that that coup.
Interesting that Tarrio was arrested on Jan. 4, 2021, on a warrant charging him in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia with destruction of property in the Dec. 12, 2020, burning of a Black Lives Matter banner. He was released at approximately 5 p.m. on Jan. 5, 2021. As a condition of his release, he was ordered by the Court to stay out of Washington.
Tarrio wasn’t even in DC on January 6.
But BLM rioters loudly calling for the overthrow of the govt get off scot free.
