That is actually not true at all. Once someone is elected, its very very difficult to get them out since they have name recognition and fundraising so once the Rat gets in, they tend to only lose in major waves - which could be 8-12 years later. Meanwhile you get 10-14 years of horrible voting and again you send the wrong signal that the electorate is moving left. If you want a protest vote, at least vote CP or LP.
