The very first act of President Trump after being sworn in in 2025 should better be pardons for all these political prisoners.
Every GOP Senator that voted to confirm this mofo should really take a long look at them self.
Evil runs rampant.
I haven’t, yet, read the referenced statutes but, if honestly being quoted in context, then the VA is required to do this. However, what is next? Will they find a statute that will allow them to cancel a defendant’s Medicare and Social Security benefits?
I do believe that in the lead up to the 24 primaries, we GOPers need to have a robust debate, but a reasoned one.
I lean more toward DeSantis every day, however if Trump wins the nod, I'm 100% in his corner, and will work hard to support him.
Calling him "stupid" serves no good purpose.
We are all on the same team, we are in the 2-year process of electing our captain.
We should not "foul the footpath" for either one at this time.
“ The foolish thing was the walk to the Capital. Everyone Should have stayed clear…”
I hate to say it because I’m grateful to Trump to destroying the Bush-Cheney dynasty, but it was Trump who called on his supporters to make that foolish walk to the Capitol. There was no protection and they were sitting ducks. He showed trrroble judgment, and some are paying with their lives destroyed. This is why I want Desantis in 24. He is MAGA,?but he has discipline and good judgment.
Did Liz Cheney write your post for you? Do us a favor and STFU!
Well, you may be a DeSantis shill - but you're not wrong about moving this stuff out of the District of Shizzlumbia.
buzz off
OK. The statute is clear that this action is legal. https://codes.findlaw.com/us/title-38-veterans-benefits/38-usc-sect-6105.html
Or superfreak and traitor Bradley Manning who not only was allowed to indulge in his perversions in prison courtesy of the US taxpayer, but was also rewarded by B. Hussein with a commutation that reduced his prison sentence from 35 years to 4 months.
Yep Jane the NeverTrumpTinTin is getting to be annoying GEEZE!!
That would have been a much better venue.
For a smart guy, Trump has done a lot of dumb things.
He should have had better intelligence..guys who would have found out in advance about the infiltrators, and dealt with them.
Hopefully, he has learned some things about trusting the wrong people.
Raw intellect is no substitute for common sense.
A 4 hour protest that resulted in a broken door window and a pushed over police barricade is classified as “seditious conspiracy” yet a 4 year terror attack against this nation by leftists all encouraged by democrap politicians, is completely ignored.
Billions in property damage nationwide, cops killed, civilians killed, arson, looting, police stations taken over, Federal court house attacked, all completely ignored today as is the killer of Ashli Babbitt.
A guy who sat at Pelosis desk faces 57 to 70 months in prison when he is sentenced this September, but the killer of Babbitt still waltzes around free as a bird as does every leftist terrorist as does the Capital invaders from Colberts TV show as does every last person involved in the coup attempt against Donald Trump that used a Russia collusion hoax
Thank you Mitch McConnell for saying absolutely NOTHING about this or taking an ounce of energy to fight back you backstabbing pig!
The next Republican POTUS needs to pardon ALL of these people first day in office AND restore ALL benefits if they are Vets these bastards are PURE EVIL!! What really pisses me off is OUR SIDE will NEVER EVER have the balls to do the same to the left!!
Leaving aside the question of this guy’s guilt, this law makes sense.
We shouldn’t pay government benefits to someone guilty of sedition.
Yep.....on a NeverTrump bash fest roll, for sure.
Hear, hear!!
We shouldn’t pay government benefits to someone guilty of sedition.
What a slimy piece of ... work you are.
You’ve convicted this person, in spite of him not even having had a trial held, or a conviction made.
FTA ...
...Kenneth is currently being held in the Correctional Treatment Facility in southeast Washington and has been incarcerated, without a trial and without being convicted of any crime, for over 475 days....
But, you’re eager to claim that he’s “guilty of sedition”.
For the last time....go back to DU, troll.
