It's indisputable that they were going to Democrat NGOs and then driving all over creation to the locations of multiple drop boxes. Cell phone data is used daily to convict people of crimes. There are 500+ January 6th "insurrectionists" in DC prisons for a year and half without bail or trial based on cell phone data.

Drop boxes that didn't have 24/7 video coverage are a violation of one of the basic principles of holding a valid election, i.e. that the votes always be in the custody of a responsible person or persons from the time they are collected to the time they are counted.
My own belief is that even 24/7 video coverage of a remote drop box shouldn't count as continuous custody, however even the low bar of video coverage wasn't maintained.
All votes dropped into unmonitored drop boxes are suspect and should be challengeable.

I don’t know that there’s a constitutional basis to do it but it makes a hell of a lot more sense than just assuming you know who drop box ballots were for and in what proportions.

So the post office has a bunch of images of ballots addressed to the election authority. They know they were picked up somewhere, at some time by some carrier or dropped in a post office by someone.

Didn’t win. Biden won illegitimately but he won. And Trump won’t win in 2024 either, for similar reasons. Courts can’t help because before the ‘fraud’ was there is no crime (no standing) and afterwards there is no recourse (moot.)
