Yes, and if Trump does not run, I will support him.

Do we want to win or give Biden another lease at life?

Trump would have a good chance of beating Biden in 2024. The problem is that Biden is not going to be the nominee in 2024, and it is likely to be somebody younger and smarter. There is a chance that a younger Republican candidate may break the Democrats stranglehold on young voters. There is zero chance that those young voters are going to go for a 78 year old Trump over younger Democrats who are more articulate than Biden.

I don't think the country is going to want to elect another geriatric in 2024

The Democrat dark horse is Gov. Polesmoker in CO.

Yeah, but if they have a “plausible” explanation as to how they won again it might keep them breathing for another four years.

Pollster Christopher Rufo has found that DeSantis doesn’t have much name recognition outside of Florida.

Funny how this comes out right after the Trump/Elon stuff.

“More of the legacy media trying to astroturf Ronny D in. This time CBS. See what side you Anti-Trumpers are on.”

I hope he does run.

My attitude about the 2024 Republican Primaries is:

“The more the merrier.”

I want the anti Trump factions to splinter off like little toothpicks, with the “Orange Oak Tree” standing at the end.

If President Trump doesn’t run, I’d like to see DeSantis on the ballot.

DeSantis will be the running mate. DeSantis will NOT run against Trump for the presidency. No way

I think the Democrats would figure out what things are like in 2024.

Gavin Newsom will turn 56 by then. As far as Presidents go, that is the average age.

But if the political climate is terrible for Democrats, they will let Biden get the blame so they'll position themselves for 2028.

Why would Mr. DeSantis want to run for president when he’s having fun destroying the entire rat party in Florida? The man is writing a “how-to” manual to kill rats.

Hooray, Gov. DeSantis.

The Democrat dark horse is Gov. Polesmoker in CO.

I think it's Roy Cooper. He's a Southerner. He's a Governor. Just like Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter. And Roy Cooper is relatively moderate. (Compared to Gavin Newsom)

I personally want Trump, but at this point Desantis might be the smart choice. <<

Yes if you want to cover up the Treason of the DC Swamp and the Deep State that Trump exposed...DeSantis would be the smart choice for democrats and.RINO’s alike ...

He'd never seriously investigate it as he is a “politician” 1st ... I wouldn't be surprised if the FBI CIA and other swamp creatures “adjusted” the Dominion voting machines to help him win so they could be proven innocent by a Republican President....Trump would never allow that and its why they are scared to death of being exposed....

I like the guy but Oligarchs are pushing him a LITTLE too hard lately. The argument that Trump is “too toxic” is meaningless since the media will just rip into Ron too.

Trump is the only one in the world who could have handled the "grab her by the *****" tape drop - by wheeling out Rapin' Bill's victims and jamming them in the faces of Cankles and her Pantload at the debate.

They would have crushed Ted Cruz with something similar, and have stuff all set to go on Ron DeSantis.

Normal Republicans fold like cheap suits when the Democrat Media artillery does a Russian-style carpet-bombing.

I prefer Donald Trump in 2024, but I definitely do not subscribe to the notion that no one is allowed to run if Trump does. It’s an open primary with no incumbent, anyone that wants to run should do so, it’s not a coronation, and DeSantis doesn’t have to bow/kneel to Trump. The nominee needs to earn it.
