This is a civil suit. Now the four musketeers won’t be saddled with more legal costs. They also won’t be liable for any judgment. The DOJ can settle the suit and pay it with taxpayer dollars.

Wasn’t Kevin Clinesmith convicted beyond a reasonable doubt in a criminal trial and he’s dismissed in a lawsuit who’s standard of proof is “more likely than not” 50%+?
