“The party, which is centrist, has no specific policies yet.”Hard to win followers with no policies.

They need a charismatic leader (and a boat load of dough) to make this viable. Right now I don’t see either.

Run by a couple of what, G listers? Tell me you all you need to know. Guess Bob Kerry and Al Gore were busy sorting their sock drawers. Has Mitt joined yet?

LOL! This $h!t reminds me of the “No Labels” party attempt a few years ago.
Fail.

Every couple of decades or so the “moderates” form a third party hoping to lure folks from Republicans so more Democrats can get elected.
They get adoring mass media coverage to help their slimy scheme.
They promise “civility” but it is the usual leftist wolf in sheep’s clothing.

I think this will split the Dems more than the Republicans. There are still some Democrats who don’t like the insanity of the far left. Republican voters are mostly hard-core conservatives.

I miss Oklahoma. It’s too cold here and too many squishy nicey nice types. It bleeds over from MN.

The third parties target suburban Republican housewives in swing districts.

This will stop once polling shows it’s drawing indies and soft dems from the Dem party.

Elvis McMuffin waits breathlessly by his phone out in Utah... hoping, no - praying, for the call to come. He will be the chosen one.
