The 2022 midterm elections are now 81 days away, and Republicans have a five-point lead in their bid to recapture control of Congress.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that, if the elections for Congress were held today, 46% of Likely U.S. Voters would vote for the Republican candidate, while 41% would vote for the Democrat. Just four percent (4%) would vote for some other candidate, but another eight percent (8%) are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

This is a strange poll result since the MSM is trumpeting the awesome legislative agenda success of the Biden Adminstration; that Joe’s approval is soaring and the D’s have jumped back in the lead in the congressional ballot race.

Rasmussen didn't get the memo. The media are now reporting that the Democrats are surging ahead and the Republicans are going down - largely because Trump candidates are winning. The media, once again, will be wrong and the polls, except Trafalgar, Susquehanna, and Baris' Big Data Poll are garbage.

this House vote is probably the most important in decades...because its almost even now..and a huge wave like in 2010, 64 seats, ..it could takes the Dems 20 years to get back in control. 1994 and 2010 were huge, but because it wasn’t even like now, the dems could take it back much easier. Real Clear politics already has the Republicans at 222...its won..but its gotta be run up huge.
To the generic naysayers, republicans gain seats when they are minus 2 in the generic or better, simply put the demos have more votes amassed in cities. The generic is very telling. The 94 sweep only had Republicans 2 points ahead

Sounds great, but that doesn’t account for the fraud that will take place. Just look at Pennsylvania now having to count mail-in ballots with no date.
