MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner said Monday on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut” that the Department of Justice has “probable cause” to arrest former President Donald Trump.
Kirschner said, “Donald Trump absolutely has information and evidence about how those documents that he stole and unlawfully concealed at Mar-a-Lago might have compromised national security. The reason I state that definitively because he knows, who he let take the snapshot of them, who he may have given or sold, and the information that was in those 43 empty classified documents folders. He has this information in his head.”

The last two weeks has confirmed that the title “Legal Analyst” or “Legal Expert” means NOTHING.
Why don’t they quit yapping and do it? So many threats. Cowards and weak people issue threats.
“The FBI did a thorough search and all they found were these empty folders. That means Trump is guilty.”
That’s the best the can do?
Is this the only guy who doesn’t know the FIB is the “person” who threw the papers on the floor and took a photo?
These folks are dumber than a box of rock. BUT - the problem is, half of America is either just as dumb, or so gullible and willing to belive this stupidity that the intended outcome is the same...
What did Trump conceal? HE showed the FBI the boxes and contents on the previous visit. He had given them basically unfettered access to the same materials. He offered to help out in any way. His people had been coordinating on the turn-over of documents. Oh -and the Feds not only looked through it all in the first visit - but asked him to get additional locks for the primary target of the raid... ANd again - NOTHING was "classified" or "top secret" - because he had, by his powers at PResident before he left office, declassified them. Even most Leftists admit he had that authority.

The 4th Amendment requires probable cause (PC) of a crime at the time of the search to validate the search.
Glenn Kirschner loves the fascist way of doing things. No PC to search but later maybe comes up with something. That is not a free society. That is third-world dictatorship.

Implying that Trump or a Trump employee took the photo of the empty classified document folders?
The devil is having a hay day over their obsession of Trump, while hunter’s laptop has a mountain of hard evidence on him and joe....and while hillary got away with bleaching and hammering all evidence she stole...so on and so on.. what a tale they weave....
MSNBC is Comcast. Or Con-Cast as Trump describes the malicious multinational.

Trump having declassified all the documents means no crime could be committed.
The fact that the DOJ took a ton of unrelated loot from the Trump home, and the judge enjoining the Feds in Their pursuit does not send a signal of successful prosecution.
Does MSNBC have on site cages for their legal analysts or are they shipped out at night?.
