Strange how these sweeteners have been around for decades but magically now cause heart attacks starting in 2021-2022. The same with climate change suddenly causing heart attacks. Some 45 years ago when my Dad died of sugar diabetes I swore off using sugar. So to make things sweet these 45 years I use an artificial aspartame from Wallyworld. Very frequently now some dipshit idiot or group will come out with some statement that so and so food item could possibly maybe have at least a little something to do with approximately X% of a selected random grouping of individuals.
