It’s not a “negotiation.” It’s another Biden surrender.
They don’t need plea deals to convict these bass turds. The only reason they need to offer a plea deal is to get them to swear that Iran had nothing to do with it, so they can permanently cover up the whole mess and get that John Kerry Iran deal nailed down once and for all.

I would rather see the let go Scot-free where there is a chance someone can still waste them, than see them get a plea deal of any kind.
To be fair, there have been nearly twenty years and two republican presidential administrations that could have gotten these cases tried and sentenced already. This isn’t a Democrat problem, this is a government system unwilling to finish the job.
