With all respect GraceG... Promoting this concept is a really really bad idea.
Don’t tell them about your garden, don’t tell them about your chickens, don’t tell them about your Goats or Sheep.
They are hell bent on taking them all away as soon as possible to render humans extinct.

They want a way to tax it and confiscate it.

USDA can take their “people’s garden” and put it where the sun doesn’t shine.

Consider this... Automobile registration started as a small paperwork record fee as a courtesy in case John Dillenger slole your car.
Look at it now...

When the economy craters, then every garden not guarded by gun owners will be a peoples’ garden.

My first thought too.
My daughter is a terrific gardener and has many acres at her new home. Waiting til next summer to grow her veggies. She’s also the best shot at the shooting range used by local sheriff’s department and “the people” better keep their dirty mitts off her veggies.
Her four protective dogs might object too.

Sure, I’ll let the fed.gov know I can feed myself so they can take it from me later...like when I’m dead from defending it from being taken. /sarcasm
