Perhaps I am getting spooked by the things I read here on FR and I see more than a few who are coming down on President Trump. I don’t like what I am seeing.

And in this particular case...inflating the value of assets is so commonplace that it would be laughable to claim it is a crime.

If the bank does not evaluate the value of the asset, it is THEIR FAULT.

I have said this many times, but it bears repeating.

You're completely correct.
There is not such crime as "inflating" the value of
assets for sale." If I have property worth say $200,000
but I manage to sell it for $500,000 what crime has been
committed? Only if I misrepresented the property in
some way would I have maybe committed a crime.

The NY AG is out of her mind due to TDS!
