Because this is an official piece of propaganda from the Ukrainian MOD. The thing about propaganda is that it may be false, but it may also be true.
In WW2 and the Cold War the US and Britain (and others, like West Germany) propaganda was skewed to the truth vs Germany and the USSR, in order to “burn through” the Nazi and Soviet media controls.
