“Let me start off with two words — Made in America,” he said, using three words in front of a sign that read “Made in America.”

Parts of Biden’s brain still work, while others do not. He can read from a teleprompter or paper unless it comes to numbers. For some reason he simply cannot get numbers straight. Maybe he was never any good at math but now he cannot even read or express himself about numbers correctly.
