I know an establishment tool when I see one, and I find it nauseating to hear all this nonsense about DeSantis "standing up from the freedom of Floridians during COVID" by him, his campaign apparatus, and his sycophants. Those of us who remember these things recall that he signed an 'effing stay-at-home lockdown order in 2020 that rivaled the Nazi-like restrictions imposed by totalitarian governments all over the world.
I didn’t know about him signing a lockdown order, that’s just one more reason I don’t trust him. He’s just a slick politician who most likely will just cozy up with the establishment. I also suspect that he is a neocon, and if so he won’t have my support either.
Funny how the establishment is coalescing around DeSantis. They aren't exactly fans but they so despise and loathe Trump and every cell in his body that right now they will support ANY candidate who they think can get rid of him. Be prepared for DeSantis to be forced on us like establishment candidates of the past. Curiously I never hear DeSantis saying anything anti establishment.
