Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) nominated Sen. Mitch McConnell for reelection as GOP leader after a motion to postpone the leadership election was quashed during a Wednesday meeting among members of the conference.
The motion to postpone the Senate leadership election failed by a reported vote count of 32-16. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) put forward the motion, which Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) supported.

Senator Cotton I am disappointed in you. But that’s what politicians do - they disappoint you. I wonder how McConnell bought him.

Every Senator that votes for McConnell should be primaried. I think Trump has the funding in his PACs to help out this time around. Trying to figure out what law held him back this past cycle.

Trump doesn’t have the pull to get McConnell replaced. Not by a long shot

Terrible. GOP deserves to continue to lose until they get rid of the RINO leadership.

So Cotton promotes a guy with a 7% approval rating to be the face of the GOP. Schmukie said today that Mitch shares the same vision for what the GOP should be. Great Tom thanks for putting another knife in our back.
Tom Cotton doesn’t get anything done. He also told Trump to quit before Jan. 6th. He supports pro-China Mitch, but claims to be tough on China?

Whose approval ratings are significantly higher than Mitch’s?
