Kemp cuts ad for Walker in Georgia Senate runoff

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R), who just won reelection by nearly 8 percentage points, has cut a new ad for Senate candidate Herschel Walker that will begin airing throughout his state on Thanksgiving Day.

The ad is part of a $14.2 million television, radio and digital advertising campaign funded by the Senate Leadership Fund, a super PAC linked to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), seeking to boost Walker after his race against Sen. Raphael Warnock (D) went to a Dec. 6 runoff.

Yeah. Kemp won by almost 8 points. The people in Georgia love him. If only he would’ve campaign for Walker a couple weeks before the election, Walker would’ve won out right. Glad he’s doing it because Kemp is the only one that can drag Walker across the finish line.

The RAT “media” isn’t going to let Walker win. He left their RAT plantation where the DimocRATS keep their slaves. The plantation sure beats the reservations where they keep their Indians.

Let’s hope Walker wins, at least we’ll have balanced committee seats and it will be easier to take the senate in 2024 when Trump returns to the WH.

I agree! Too many Kemp voters refused to pull the lever for Herschel.

IMHO, Herschel ran a weak campaign.

He waited too long to respond to the democrat's negative adds.

“Seemed kemp did pretty damn well in his election.”

He did, but he was facing Big Mama Abrams. If Walker had been facing Big Mama, he would have won also, no runoff required.

Dems have been effective in demonizing Walker and his past troubles. Also, Warnock is very effective in his ads. He dresses in jeans and has his shirt sleaves rolled up, he’s just your blue collar neighbor who understands your problems. It an illusion of course, he’s a radical lefty, but on tv he’s just a regular guy.

Give me a break. Kemp doesn’t gain by doing this except a risk of political capital. Kemp and the entire statewide Republican slate won easily on the strength of his get out the vote effort. Except Trump’s handpicked Walker. McConnell is throwing money at the race. In fact, the only Walker ads I have seen are from his PAC. I am drowning in pro Warnock/anti Walker ads.

Where’s Trump’s PAC money? In HIS pocket for 2024. That’s where. He’s even fundraising off this race and keeping 90 cents of every dollar. Only 10 cents make it to the Georgia runoff. Walker called him out.

Walker made it to the runoff because of Kemp’s get out the vote. Every Republican on the ballot statewide won easily except Walker. That’s not Kemp’s fault.

The fact that there is a Senate runoff is Trump’s work.

Trump is fundraising off this race and keeping 90 cents of every dollar. Walker had to call him out on this. Trump is about Trump.

Trump’s rallies are about Trump. Trump endorsements failed where they mattered in the general election. He had a reverse midas touch. It hurt Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania. He’s poisoned too much of the electorate against himself and those he picked in the competitive primaries. Endorsing candidates that were unopposed was just a smokescreen to fluff his win/loss record. As much as I want a Trump agenda in 2024, he’s not shown himself to be the one to win. The country and the America First movement is too important. It’s not about one man. Even if that man is Trump. Yes he’s been mistreated from day one but if he can’t win and, in fact, costs us key races it’s time for him to step aside. There’s no evidence he can turn around public perception and win suburban women and others. He has to get beyond his base, rise above the drama not stir discontent by attack other Republicans because he feels the nomination should be a coronation.

Are early and mail-in voting allowed for the rin-off?

If so, folks who support Walker should refuse to vote early or mail-in.

Show up on Election Day to vote. No matter how long it takes.

Refusing to vote early doesn’t help us it hurts us. In Arizona they knew that the vast majority of Election Day voters were going to be MAGA types, so what happened……..massive disruptions and delays in Republican districts. It is a given that some of our voters could not wait in long lines to vote and just went home. That was the whole purpose of these delays, to discourage Republicans from voting.

If early voting is available and Republicans don’t take advantage of it, they will continue to be victims of dirty tricks and they will continue to lose.

Do you want some crackers with your whine. Two things, your establishment Republicans friends refused to support Trump candidates out of spite and every state you mentioned had massive cheating (ballot harvesting, drop boxes, mail-in ballots with some voters getting 20 of them, etc...).

One day, I hope there is a cure for your TDS problem.
