I’ll take a wild guess and say the native Indian population were always on the verge of near extinction before any White people even showed up.

I think that the native Indian population would not create the country as it is right now.

Roads, Bridges, Buildings, etc. could not have been built by the native Americans.

Also, the country would not be in such good shape as it is right now.

Not sure where he got 8,000 had their feet cut off. Oñate’s own journal said he cut their toes off, and it was only a couple of hundred at most.

“White man even gave them the horse”

I was under the impression that horses crossed over the Bering Land Bridge along with the early inhabitants of the Americas.

I’ve read that they didn’t have the wheel although an archeological dig in central American reveled a toy cart complete with wheels!

My understanding is that primitive horses and some other land mammals were hunted to extinction by the early inhabitants and runaway Spanish horses gave the Indians their mounts. Wikipedia even says that some horses native to the Americas went the other way over the land bridge, but this is the first I've heard of it.

The Apache also stole land from the Chumash and others.

They hate General Custer.....but it’s Captain Morgan who’s still killing the indians.

HORSE PUCKEY. This didn’t happen, it is another attempt to align with those who are being taught to hate AMERICA and especially WHITE PEOPLE.

Once America falls to the Woke pukes, whites will be hunted with the quiet permission of the official government. BET ON IT.

A non-sequitur and the type of writing one finds in a limited intellect.

The Apaches did things that make cartels look like bible study nerds. If I was alive back then, and had command of troops, I would have wiped all of them out without prejudice.

Look,

“native” people were conquered, like all sorts of people throughout history.

However, I am tired of the genocide narrative crap as well.

When Columbus landed in America they entire population of “native” people on the North American continent is lower than the number of self identified “native” people living in the USA Today.

If genocide was their goal, it was one of the worst executed ones ever.

Yes atrocities occurred..and yes native Americans committed atrocities against each other as well.

Human nature wasn’t somehow “different” on the American continents than it was in Europe, or Asia, or Africa, etc etc.

The narrative that “natives” were some peace Nick hippies full of nothing love, and understanding and peace is invented pr dogma.

Humans did not get to thr top of the food chain and the dominant species on the planet by being “nice”… sorry but that narrative is flat out crap.

What book written at the time by witnesses support this story? I have a book written by those who interviewed eyewitnesses to Indian wars in the Western Mountains.

If there is a citation from real scholarship, not “History Channel” I would love to have it to add to my collection.

I had a relative who was there for the Modoc wars. I have the diaries of my grandmother, and the situation was that our form of govt is slow and it changed every 4 years. The people in the Indian bureaus could be great or corrupt. The Generals presiding over a region or conflict, could be retired or recalled. Leaving room for a “mad dog” to stir up trouble then use the righteous anger to massacre Indians.

It worked on both sides too.

How the Tribes were massacred, droven to the point of irrelevancy is a cautionary tale. One that Anglo Americans and American loving americans need to learn from. We either stand together, or we purge those who are traitors to our nation, and if it comes to it, to our race. You can be accepting of all, if ALL want the same thing. Once they do not, they must be rejected.

It is just a matter of time until Gringos are a minority, as will just about every other group. Actually, that time is now.

It is time to gather those who hold the same beliefs and fight against those who do not, whatever the color of skin.

If necessary we will die as a Caucasian nation because we are disunited like the Tribes, but not until America dies. At the very last, it will be totally tribal.

Do you have a source for this, a book that I can research or purchase. It is a hobby of mine as my Grandfather was there during the Modoc wars. He was what you would call a Scout, a trader and actually an original Teamster when it used horse and wagons.

There was a real genocide of the Apaches when many of them were driven out of their ancestral lands.

By the Comanches.

The Aztecs, in particular, performed untold numbers of human sacrifices. Maybe this historian needs to look into this aspect of life in the Americas among the original inhabitants before conveniently pointing the finger at Spain and the US!

I’ve read that the Aztec pyramids ran red with blood continually, after hearts were ripped out of chests and offered to their gods.

Do you mean the white eyes were as afraid of smallpox as the Native Tribesmen? Say it ain’t so.

I always used logic, like how could smallpox infected blankets get trafficked without plastic being invented? The things would have had to be placed in a crate that could not really be sealed, moved on a wagon that moved violently up/down side to side on rutted trails, without killing those bringing the plague. People aren’t that stupid, only bureaucrats are like Fauci and Mengele.
