Problem is, the Democrats truly are, and successful at being the opposition party.
Whereas the Republican Party only wears the veneer of being an opposition party in order to fund raise for their party. When they actually become the majority party they have no clue what to do with it. They are devoid of any ideas. With no ideas that means they then go with what the Democrats suggest.

Yep. I believe that someone in the RNC or “R” leadership has figured out that THE thing to do is to be in the minority. Doing so allows you to not have to have any ideas, and you can explain it away to your voters as “Well, we WOULD pass that law, but we can’t get a vote on it because we’re in the minority”. So you get paid to do nothing other than obstruct the Dems most of the time.
