The BBC has learnt of violence against Russian soldiers refusing to fight in the war in Ukraine. Families have spoken of their relatives being locked up. President Vladimir Putin announced what he called a “partial mobilisation”, drafting hundreds of thousands of Russian citizens into the armed forces.
The Russian authorities dismiss reports of disillusioned soldiers and detention centres as fake news.

Does that mean Ukraine has won and will return $100 Billion US taxpayer money back?
Ukraine has announced they are building up for a new offensive this winter.
The obvious targets would be either Melitopol in the south or Lysychansk in the north.
As with the combined Khakiv/Kherson attacks they might well have the capacity to launch in both direction simultaneously.

They are winning, but have not yet won. About half the Russian occupied land has been liberated, but there is still much work to be done.
