The Senate on Tuesday evening voted 70-25 to advance the $1.7 trillion Omnibus spending bill and open debate.

This is just the first procedural vote.

The latest spending bill is full of special interest earmarks and pork.

The bill includes $45 billion to Ukraine, $7.5 million in LGBTQ programs, Jan 6 prosecution funding and more.

There is no money for border security.

3,000 pages that no one has read.

Senate Republicans are giving away the incoming GOP Majority House’s power of the purse until September 2023.

Because if we don’t elect RINO treasonous weasels who vote to loot the treasury (which is bankrupt), we’ll get Demonrat treasonous weasels who vote to loot the treasury (which is STILL just as bankrupt as it was earlier in the sentence by an even larger amount). See how the game is played ?

If the Republican House leadership had any spine, the only way to respond to this betrayal by the Senate Republicans is to send them nothing but department-specific budget bills next year for fiscal year 2024 in the run-up to the 2024 election.

If the incoming House Republican majority is serious about taking back control, they need to start with the budget process heading into the next Presidential election. They must align the budget bills with the agenda of the most-favored Republican candidate going into 2024.

Freeze Mitch McConnell out of the process in the next budget cycle.

If this nation still has a decade as a free and brave nation, frankly, I’ll be shocked. At least I’ll be long dead before that happens. I pity my grandchildren.

Even so, come Lord Jesus!

2 Indies and 21 RATs are up for re-election in ‘24. Voting NO on this is not at all far fetched for any that feel their seat in jeopardy.

Here comes another $1.7T Nancybucks forcefully injected into the veins of the economy, with the help of a bus full of repubs.

Your grocery basket just got 20% more expensive.

Certainly removes any doubt as to the level of GOP Senate involvement with the communists who now rule us...

The gallows list grows & grows with all those fellow-traveler votes for this porkubus assault on the taxpayers’ pocketbooks...

Once again, the GOP circle jerk does its job for the communists...

You could always get a job at the IRS, those 100,000 new jobs will be fully funded now.

A note of caution, FRiend. Those new jobs are all GS-7s, similar to a second lieutenant in the military. I'm willing to bet the main hiring requirement will be diversity, not skill or one with the ability to read and comprehend tax regulations.

They will be assigned the most menial tasks, by supervisors who are incompetent themselves. Within six months, they will hate what they're doing. LOL, none of them will be "going after billionaire tax scofflaws. Guys like me will metaphorically slap them silly. I've prepared tax returns, ranging from wealthy individuals to publicly traded corporations for about 20 of my past 30 years of employment.

No, these new agents will audit people who file Schedule C for self-employment, while claiming the Child Tax Credit. Those are the most audited returns, because they usually are self-prepared, and they're easily intimidated when the IRS knocks on the door.

I predict a major cluster foxtrot.

With idiots cheering them on.

We no longer have a nation. It’s just being looted as fast as possible.
