I think they’re trying to find a way around making this a ‘new’ treaty that would require Senate approval. Make sure your congress-critters know what’s up so they block this naked attempt at seizing power & our money!
Even the Senate cannot lawfully agree to what is a governing convention, another constitution, pretending to be a mere treaty.
Treaties that are lawful, that are made under the Constitution, do not exceed the enumerated powers or delegate Powers whoch cannot be redelegated, such as the legislative power, without a specific amendment to do so.
