Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) went off on some of her Republican colleagues on Tuesday as the contentious speakership vote is underway, telling reporters that some of her Freedom Caucus colleagues and “supposed friends” have been demanding positions for themselves and acting hypocritically.
“We have been negotiating talking, debating back and forth in our conference, trying to come to a really good rules package,” she said, explaining that she witnessed a very different story in the conference meeting, where she discovered that “several members, three, in fact,” went “last night and were demanding positions for themselves, demanding gavel positions, demanding subcommittees, demanding for people to be taken off committees and people to be put on committees.

Supposedly she’s the only one not in line for a committee. I don’t if it’s by choice or not.

But in the end he’s a grifter who stated he would be okay with the Jefferies being Speaker via a plurality.

Yes. She definitely was a wild woman with that appearance on War Room today. Bouncing off the walls.
She seemed shocked that her colleagues were making deals with McCarthy for committee assignments for themselves.
She was “pissed” that none of her colleagues advocated for HER to get assignments.
She’s been in DC long enough to know that most of them are there to further their own careers and bank accounts.
And now she expects a Sunday School picnic?
She has some good points, but McCarthy is one off the bad guys.

So, obviously Gaetz doesn’t McCarthy, good for him. Nobody should - vote for Jordan.
She’s got an angle of some kind, just smart enough not to blab to the world what it is. They all do - it’s politics.
What we see and some FReepers get their undies all knotted-up about is kabuki theater. It’s the public storyline they want us to see.
Yeah, Gaetz is ok with left wing election denier Jeffries being Speaker, and the rest of ‘holdouts’ are running around trying to blackmail McCarthy into giving them plum committee assignments. A fine group of patriots.
She’s against anyone who is disobedient to Trump.
Yes, it’s her job to shred the Constitution and support Pelosi and Schumer.
Lost massive respect for her unless this is some game they are playing to get their real and desired nominee, Jim Jordan in.
